Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We encourage the reuse of packaging materials to minimize waste, aligning with our sustainability goals.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Please provide your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges:
